ほんのちょっと、いつもよりゆっくりしゃべることを意識するだけ で、自分の考えを自分でびっくりするくらい理路整然としゃべれるようになることに最近気づいた。びっくりした。あと、言葉がつかえて出てこない沈黙を怖が らないこと。そこで焦らないで話すと、その”間”もむしろ生きてくる。
