【２】『Ａ級戦犯の“Ａ級”とは犯罪の“ランク”ではない』
　中国人や朝鮮人の９割と、日本人の何割かが誤解しているであろうことだが、
　「最高のＡをつけられているんだから、悪いに決まってる」
　という認識は完全に誤解である。実際は、『Ａとは“種別”』であって
　『ランクではない』。Ａ級戦犯とは「平和に対する罪」という、戦勝国が
　自由に日本を裁くために作った罪種別であり、東京裁判が終わった後に
　そのルールが別の案件で使われたことすらない酷く不公平なものだった。
　当然、現在使われている国際刑事裁判所設立条約（ローマ条約）にも
　「平和に対する罪」などというものは初めから存在しない。
　だから“あのヒトラーですら”戦犯ではないのである。戦犯などという
　「定義が曖昧で、裁く側だけに都合のいいもの」が存在するのは
　古今東西の世界の法と裁きの中で日本だけなのである。
　繰り返しになるが、ＢやＣよりＡが重罪という認識は完全に間違いである。
